Randomness from FL with love.

Every now and then you come to a cross roads in life. It happens to everyone there is no avoiding it. For me it happens annually or even bi-annually I have come to one of these times. I have spent far to long in school and far to much money on education. I have student loans that would make a Harvard grad cry. An now I am asking myself is it worth all the time and energy and money to get that piece of paper. Because no matter what that piece of paper says that you are able to do....you just can't know for sure until you try it, and I mean really try get in there and get you hands dirty. Then when its all said and done your either GOOD or NOT GOOD at what ever you set out to do. If your GOOD then you most likely continue being good at whatever it is you set out to do, but if you are NOT GOOD, then what? What do you do? Do you continue...."press on".....persevere. And if so for how long. And if not then what? Did you waste a decade of you life "trying" something out to find out if its right for you?
God doesn't want us to think this way. God doesn't set us up for failure. God isn't sit up in heaven saying "ha, another one bights the dust". God wants success. Like a parent who wants their kid to have an A that they don't deserve. That is the coolest thing about God's Grace. WE DON"T DESERVE ANY OF IT....but he gives it to us anyway.
When you are feeling like a failure this weekend, week month, or even year. Remember God's plan is for you to succeed even when you don't deserve it.
